Every candidate is assessed for technical competence by a CPM Practice Manager and a Certified Anaplan model builder who is now a Director of our business. Equally as important, we listen to their drivers to ensure they are the right cultural fit.

The result of our rigorous selection process is that our candidate shortlists only feature the handful of candidates who are right for a role.

Once you have selected your candidate, we offer you, with no obligation, additional services on engagement. We also provide quarterly market updates and periodic sample CVs so you can understand current market conditions.
